Founded in 2020, Aduke Pearl Cuisine offers a distinctive catering experience rooted in the bold, comforting flavors of Nigerian cuisine, thoughtfully blended with Canadian culinary techniques and locally sourced ingredients.

Our Story
Our story is rooted in love, legacy, and an unwavering commitment to quality. This journey was inspired by my mother, Aduke, a passionate culinary entrepreneur during the early to late 1990s, who ran a well-loved pastry shop in Ibadan, a vibrant city in South-Western Nigeria. As a child, I spent countless after-school hours in her shop—observing, learning, and assisting. It was there that I was introduced to the art of cake baking, pastry making, customer service, and the values of diligence, consistency, and entrepreneurship.
Those early experiences shaped not only my skills, but also my passion for creating cuisine that truly satisfies customers—much like the many people who picked up their orders from the shop with smiles on their faces and returned to share verbal feedback on how pleased and fulfilled they were.
Today, in Canada, we proudly prepare and serve authentic Nigerian-style cuisine, made with high-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. Every dish is inspired by the flavours I grew up with, yet thoughtfully refined to deliver a rich, comforting, and memorable experience—while remaining welcoming and accessible to people of all cultures.
